Army Men training in Campoamor

Today our team held another training in Campoamor. The session lasted one hour and a half and consisted of stretching, squares and game exercises. In the evening PFC CSKA players will hold one more training session, which will include workout in the gym.

Generally training schedule of the Army Men in Campoamor is as follows: morning sessions will start every day at 14:00 Moscow time, evening sessions – at 20:00. On the odd days evening trainings will include work in the gym.

Two friendly matches are scheduled for 23 January and will be played with two different line-ups. Firstly, Red-Blues will meet the team of free agents. Then the second line-up will play against Polish FC Piast Gliwice.
