Goalkeeper and captain of PFC CSKA Igor Akinfeev is nominated for the favorite Russian athlete according to the Kids Choice Awards.

Kids Choice Awards — an annual prize awarded by the children's channel Nickelodeon. The winner of each category is awarded with a statuette in the form of an orange blimp. In 2015, the ceremony will be held on March 28 and the winners will be announced on March 30 during the broadcast of the award in Russia.
