Aleksandrs Cauna: I played two matches with broken leg
— You missed the beginning of the season due to an injury. How did that injury happened, and how do you feel yourself now?
— It's always a pity to get an injury before the start of the season. I've just gained conditions and in a moment everything came to waste. More offending was the fact that it was once again an injury of the fifth metatarsal bone. After the previous injury there was one screw left in the foot, and right under that screw new break happened. I suffered this injury in the first game of the China trip. I didn't feel much pain and I even played the second match. After returning to Moscow I participated in one training session. Right at that moment I realized that it's not just adaptation problem after the flight, but something serious. We did an X-ray, after which I had second surgery.
— How soon you'll be able to help the team?
— I have been in the main group for three days already and working additionally in the gym. I feel that my leg recovered, but still have a bit of pain. I try to pay no attention to that. Everything else goes by plan and I'll fly to Tomsk.
— Last year in the Cup game your goal helped PFC CSKA to beat FC Tom...
— It was tough game, the football pitch was not in the best conditions. The result was determined by only goal, it wasn't easy to maintain an advantage. I think that this time it will also be a difficult match. Tom is persistent team and we must pay maximum attention to them.
