CSKA MOSCOW:

Akinfeev: 6 - Had a pretty quiet game. Anything thrown his way was comfortable for the Russian 'keeper, that was until he had to remove the ball from his net at the end. 

Odiah: 7 - In the absence of the other Berezutski brother, Odiah played very well. Showed some really nice touches when on the attack. Roaming forward did leave space behind at times.

A Berezutski: 7 - Marshalled the defence along with Ignashevich well and was never overly stretched by the Lokomotiv attackers.

Ignashevich: 7.5 - Positional play was spot on and looked at his very best when called upon. Played a nice ball creating space for Guilherme in the build up to the opening goal.
 
Schennikov: 6.5 - Also positioned himself very well, tucking in to provide cover as Lokomotiv rotated their attacking forces. Booked for wrestling Aliev to the ground.

Semberas: 5.5 - Almost allowed Aliev to break through with a header which went nowhere. Too casual on the ball at times. Booked for a nasty hack on Aliev.

Mamaev: 7 - Much the busier of the two holding midfielders and was allowed to roam forward on occasions. Passing was crisp and concise throughout.

Honda: 6.5 - Kept the ball moving for his team and tried to support the lone striker as much as possible. Replaced in the second half.

Krasic: 7 - Difficult start for the Serb, who was well marked by Yanbaev. Gradually came in to the game when coming inside to support Honda. In the second half showed some really quick feet and clever play almost created a second goal.

Gonzalez: 5 - When he was allowed some space down the left his crosses rarely found men in red and blue. Saw most of the ball the wrong side of the full-back. Taken off after colliding heads with Kuzmin.

Guilherme: 7 - If you don't shoot you don't score. His goal may have been fortuitous but the little forward played well trying to link the attacking trio behind him into the game. Made some nice runs, one of which was fractionally offside as he volleyed in what he thought was his second goal. Went very quiet in the second half.

Subs 

Aldonin: 5.5 - Never got in to the game and chased shadows after coming on.

Necid: 5.5 - Booked. Fired one shot wide from outside the area.

LOKOMOTIV MOSCOW:

Marinato: 6.5 - Could do nothing about the deflected goal but otherwise he was tidy in the Lokomotiv goal. In the second half he was rarely troubled.

Basa: 6.5 - Didn't get close enough to close down Guilherme for the opening goal early on but otherwise found it easy doubling up on Guilherme when the small Brazilian was left isolated.

Kuzmin: 8 - Had Gonzalez in his pocket for the time he was on the pitch and then cropped up with a fine finish to draw his team level.

Asatiani: 6.5 - Caused a scramble with a poor defensive header in the first half which almost led to a CSKA second but then hardly put a foot wrong.

Yanbaev: 7 - Confident going forward and assured at the back. Forced Krasic to drift inside from the right to find space, although twice left flat footed by the skillful Serb. Provided width down the left that no other player was providing.

Glushakov: 6.5 - Had one chance in the second half but some poor touches took him away from goal and sliced his effort high and wide. Worked especially hard tracking back and forward in support. Had to be especially careful after being booked in the first half.

Dujmovic: 7 - Covering the back four against some of the most feared attackers in the league was no easy job but it was done well by the Croatian midfielder.

Aliev: 6.5 - Was very unlucky with a free kick which clipped the top of the bar. Found himself in some nice positions but his balance and first touch were found wanting.

Sychev: 5 - Has looked out of sorts the last two weeks. Found himself right in front of goal once, albeit offside, and still unable to get a shot away. Replaced after 74 minutes, very quiet game for the captain.

Odemwingie: 5 - Had a poor game, seeing lots of the ball and failing to find the target from numerous attempts. He did however provide an outlet for Lokomotiv with his pace and never gave up. Booked for firing the ball away after not getting a corner.

Maicon: 6 - Worked hard, sometimes too hard conceding unnecessary fouls but showed an urgency which was lacking from last week upfront. However all this was to little effect. Booked for a high tackle. Did find Odemwingie with a cross to the far post, which the striker should have hit the target with to his credit.

Subs

Traore: 6 - Shielded the ball well for Kuzmin to go on and score.
