Today's training lasted just over two hours. Most of the time the team worked with a ball, doing different exercises and playing several mini-games 3x3 and 5x5.
Then the players went to the gym, where they spent forty minutes. Pontus Wernbloom, the only outfield player who played the whole match against Torpedo, did light jogging and worked in the gym.
On February 10 at 12:00 CET PFC CSKA will play the last friendly match of this camp. They will face Chinese club Tianjin Teda.
