Roman Eremenko: I hope to become PFC CSKA legend
-
— I have positive emotions after the first training! I was waiting for an opportunity to start working with new team. I feel myself very good, though I need to do some more training with partners to integrate in the team better. I was given a warm welcome by the team, talked to everyone. With Bibars Natcho we played three years in Rubin, while with Pontus Wernbloom we can speak in Swedish!

— Do you expect that your spell with PFC CSKA will be successful in terms of trophies?
— I came to the team which finished first in the last two championships. Hopefully with my assistance the Army Men will became champion for the third time in a row. We all are in wait for the Champions League, every player like to play in this tournament. -
— You chose number 25, previously used by Elvir Rahimic, the living legend of PFC CSKA. Would that bring additional motivation to you?
— Frankly, I didn't even know that Elvir was wearing No.25! It's nice that this number was used by the man who is recognized as PFC CSKA legend. I hope to become PFC CSKA legend as well! -
— Red-Blues are preparing for the league match against Rostov this Sunday. Do you expect to be chosen for the line-up?
— That's up for coaches to decide. I hope to play for my new team as soon as possible and would try my best, but coaches have the final say.
