— You've just presented to the team. Were you nervous?
— No, because there is nothing unusual. Moreover, I know the team well, twice I've been present at training camps. In addition, I often speak with Leonid Slutskiy, so I have a good understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of the players. You can be nervous when you're waiting for something unknown. Here, I knew what's coming.

— Why did you chose PFC CSKA?
— After a long break that I had after Kuban I realizied that it's impossible to be out-of-work for a long time. After leaving Ural I decided to sort out my new job quickly. There was only one sufficient offer. Leonid Slutskiy called me, invited to join his coaching staff and explained my supposed duties. I'm happy to join PFC CSKA coaching team.

— You've been present at PFC CSKA training camps, and your football philosophy is similar to Slutskiy's. Would it help you to settle in the team?
— I think so. When I visited training camps, I met the players, they got used to me. Everything's fine.
