— I am very happy. My dream to move to Europe came true. I was given a warm welcome. I am grateful to the club for showing confidence in me. I want to thank PFC CSKA with my actions on the pitch.

— A lot of Brazilians played in PFC CSKA, now here is Mario Fernandes. Did you communicate with anyone before the transfer?
— Yes, I talked to Mario a lot. Even when we were negotiating, Mario started communicating with me. He made it easier for me to make a decision and his opinion greatly influenced me. I am thankful to him.

— You have already visited our home stadium when you watched the match with Rubin. What do you think about VEB Arena?
— A very good, magnificent stadium! It is new, beautiful, fans are nearby, at arm's length. The pitch is amazing. There are restrictions now but fans support the team, chant, it is very cool.

— What goals do you set for your debut season in the Red-Blue team?
— There can only be one goal — to become a champion!
