Emil Bohinen: I already consider myself a part of the team
18.03.2021
PFC CSKA midfielder about the match with Zenit, his debut and fans' support.
— When you come out on a match like this, and your team is losing, and you do not have one player, it is very hard. It is not easy to enter such a game. But when the score was 1-3, there was nothing to lose, and we run forward with all our might. We were lucky: we managed to fight one goal back with a penalty. But, unfortunately, there was not enough time to win it all back.
— Are you ready to play 90 minutes?
— I hope that after the international break I will be totally ready. It was a bit tough today, because without one player the whole burden fell on the center of the field, and we ran a lot. But hopefully I will get in optimal shape soon.
— Have you settled in the team already?
— I am happy to be in PFC CSKA and I already consider myself a part of the team. I have adapted and mostly communicate with foreigners - with Vlasic, with Icelanders, with Chidi. We met with him back in Norway. In general, everyone treats me well, and I feel very comfortable.
— How do you like the atmosphere at the stadium?
— Of course, when you are on the bench and watch the match from the outside, you see this support. And when you are on the pitch, you are more focused on the game, but you can still feel the fans in your subconscious. When we scored the second goal, they cheered us on. The support was fantastic.
