— The decision of Viktor Hancharenka’s leave was made by both sides in the interest of the team. On behalf of the club's management, the coaching and administrative staff of the team and the players, I would like to thank Viktor Mikhailovich for the work he has done over the past four years. We must not forget that he took over the team during a difficult period, and that a large-scale restructuring of the squad began in the summer of 2018. It is a moment now when the best solution was to end the cooperation, but we part as good friends and wish him success in his future career.

I am happy to welcome Ivica Olić, who has kept his promise to return to our club one day. We understand that he did not have any experience of working independently yet, so we weighed all the risks before making a decision. We believe that this step will help us to improve the tournament situation and continue the development of the team. Ivica can count on the coaching staff, and the club's management will also give him full support. I am sure that the fans will warmly welcome Olić. He has won many titles as a player, and we hope that as a coach Ivica will increase our achievements.
