Heroes of the day: Kirill Nababkin and Konstantin Kuchaev

Kirill Nababkin and Konstantin Kuchaev, who are recovering from knee surgery, were working out on an individual program until this day. Both players started training in the group today, taking part in warm-up exercises and ball exercises, and the second part of the training was devoted to the running exercises that had become familiar to them.

— Congratulations on your return! What do you feel? — question from pfc-cska.com to both players.
K. N.: I am happy that I resumed training with the guys. Although I still work with restrictions, it is still positive and cool. We supposed together with doctors and rehabilitation specialists a couple of days before, that if everything goes well, we will start training in group on Monday. And so it happened.
K. K.: We missed training with the team. To train individually is still not the same. We immediately realized that it is more pleasant for everyone to work together.

— How is your knee?
K. N.: The recovery is still going on, God willing, everything will be fine. Everything was fine during the game exercises. Then everything will depend on my feelings, I continue working!
K. K.: Everything is according to the plan, we had a warm-up and exercises with the ball, we are not allowed to spend the main part with the team yet. I already feel good, as soon as the doctors allow me to work at full strength, I will be ready for this.

— The two of you have been running around the Campoamor fields all this time. Who was cheering whom more?
K. N.: Kuchai always joked a lot, he is the main funny man in the team. Not like me (laughs).
K. K.: We just ran together, no one pushed anyone (smiles). We did our work together, talked, joked, nothing extraordinary.

— Has Campoamor changed?
K. N.: No, almost everything is the same. The pitches were a bit soft in the first days, but now they are better. The atmosphere here was and remains lulling (laughs).
K. K.: Sure, this is a different Campoamor. A lot has changed due to the quarantine, and the precautions we have here are unusual. But the main thing has remained the same — the football pitch, the ball, trainings. Everything is as usual in that way.
