Viktor Hancharenka: After several years at PFC CSKA I feel myself at home here

— I’m happy to extend my contract with such a great club. After several years working for PFC CSKA first as an assistant and then as a head coach I feel myself at home here. I’m grateful to the club management for showing faith in me.

It’s another big challenge ahead. We have a young squad with a great ability, and the level of the competition in the Russian Premier League is very high. It turns me on. I want us to go as higher in the table as we could, as we have great potential to improve. We’ll try our best to do that.

Even in the current circumstances, even separated by the big distance, but we feel the support of our fans. It will drive as ahead. There’s a lot of work to do but knowing for whom your work and gain victories — it inspires.
